10 Ways to Improve Your Cystic Acne and Stay Healthy

We always want to be slim, active, healthy and free from cystic acne. Although most try to attain this by going to the gym, decrease their food intake, do exercises, eat healthy food, avoid junk food and increase their water intake. These things do not bring the immediate change. They need your consistency and need time to bring the change. The problem is, we all want shortcuts. As it is said, 'Rome was not built in a day'. You have to show some patience and it will definitely work. Here are some tips for a healthy and better lifestyle which will help you if you follow them with consistently:

1. The Power Juice

Start your day with healthy energy and vitamin enriched juice which you can make from different vegetables and fruits. You can make juice of fresh apples and mix carrot, grapes, apricot or any other fruits which you have in your fridge. You can make vegetable juice as well like adding fresh green vegetables e.g. spinach, mint leaves and cucumbers with tomato. This is like an energy booster. Drinking it daily on an early morning after waking up will bring dramatic changes. It will make you healthy, free of diseases and will definitely benefit your skin especially if you are suffering from cystic acne.

2. Exercise

After this energy booster drink, you should have some exercise daily for at least 20 to 30 minutes.

3. Have a Nutritious Breakfast

After that, you should have a good nutritious and vitamin-rich breakfast which may include an egg, 2 slices of bread, a cup of milk and any cereal.Good and healthy breakfast is very essential for a healthy mind and body. Feel free to skip those that are known to aggravate your skin problems and add in some healthier options as preferred.

4. Limit Your Lunch

5. The Daily Walk

Have a daily walk for at least 30 minutes. If you don't have extra time, incorporate the exercise into your daily routine. This can definitely improve your circulation, relieve the stress and a feeling of goodness will be experienced as your cortisol which is stress hormone gets lowered and serotonin which is mood elevating hormone gets increased through these short exercises.

6. Eat Less For Dinner

Eating less during dinner time is a must. Skip dessert too! Don't sleep immediately after dinner as it causes weight gain, heart burn, acid reflux and according to a research it increases the chances of stroke.

7. Late Dinners Are A No No

Don't eat late at night as it will decrease your cognitive abilities, impair judgment and weakens your willpower.

8. Take Supplements

Try to take some good multivitamins or at least include calcium and iron supplements that work best for you. Never take those supplements for granted.

9. Reduce The Junk

Try to reduce junk foods like burgers, fries, pizzas, soft drinks and those you can get from fast food restaurants. Try some healthier stuff instead like drinking green tea and consuming whole foods which are leaner with lesser sodium and sugar content.

10. Get Involved In A Fitness Community

It will be a big motivational factor if you are surrounded by people who genuinely care about having a healthy lifestyle. It will get you in the good habit and less likely tempt you to go back to those harmful practices.

If you follow the above-mentioned tips then you will definitely have a good change in your health and your cystic acne will definitely improve.
