1. Foods for healthy skin, hair, and nails

Stock up on these veggies on your next trip to the supermarket:

  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Bell Pepper
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes

These are silicone rich foods that fight off aging and makes hair and nails stronger.

All you have to do is wash your groceries and eat it!  Simple right?  Everything goes great in a salad too so you don't have to spend time cooking. 

2. Potatoes for dark circles

These are silicone rich foods that fights off aging and makes hair and nails stronger.

Just like cucumber, potatoes can be used as dark under-eye circles treatment.

They are rich in catecholase - a lightening enzyme.

How To: Cut a potato into two thin slices and leave them on your eyes for 10 minutes. Do this twice a week.

3. Avocado + Lemon for Soft Glowing Skin 

Mixing lemon juice with avocado will help ensure your skin stays moisturized and receives enough Vitamin E. 

This will feed the skin cells, kill bacteria, and also provide an alkalizing effect to the skin.

Plus, avocados are amazing at fighting off wrinkles, so why not apply them to the skin instead of just enjoying them as a delicious food option?

How To: To make this mask, take 1/2 a ripe avocado (the riper, the mushier it will be) and mix with the juice of one lemon. Mix all together and apply as a mask and rinse off after 5 minutes.

Do this a couple days a week.
