To keep your acne in balance, you’ll need to follow these simple guides, that won’t hurt nor irritate your skin. Maintaining these steps in your daily life, you’ll end up with healthy beautiful skin once again. Heads up, try to skip a day or two so you don’t drag all the facial oil out, it’ll make your skin really dry. Without further or due, let’s get right into it.
Clean face. Considering you have acne or not, it’s important that you wash your face daily ( Night and morning), to get rid of impurities, dead cells, and extra oil on the surface. While cleansing your skin don’t use hot water instead warm water with a facial cleanser. Try not to use any harsh soap, it can hurt the inflamed skin and cause more irritation. Which we don’t want, so don’t use them!
Hair contact. Don’t let hair anywhere your face, it can lead to pimple because the hair tips are contaminated with oil, when touching your face, will make more oil on the surface. Which your pores will clogged up and “BOOM”! Comes acne, the best thing to do is wash your hair regularly on a daily basis and wear bandeau to keep hair out of sight.
Keep hands away from face.Pimples can give you an unpleasant feeling, which makes you want to pop it right away when you spot it. However, touching and popping increases the problem. Although it’s attempting to squeeze the substance out of it! But by doing so, can spread bacteria, which infect it or make more pimples.
Eat healthy. What you eat can affect your acne, eating oily and greasy food doesn’t do our skin any better accept making it worse, fresh fruits and veggies can steady our acne, along with providing vitamins for our skin. Believe it or not, what you eat is the key to unleash perfect healthy skin. So get started, I hope you’ll see results.
Don’t stress a lot.When our body create stress hormone, it can lead to acne overnight. A little fact on how stress is made, stress hormone elevates blood pressure and releases sugar in the bloodstream, goes up to your brain which demands it to increase any disposal of substance to build up tissue. Along with this manufacturing, pimples can be made. In that case, take a chill pill! To help, try meditation or yoga, it’ll definitely work.

Anyhow, I’ll give you a little tip here, the best thing that help controlled my acne is to drink lemon juice, squeeze one slice of lemon into a cup and add a little bit of water, so it won’t taste bitter.
