Health and Beauty Changes For Flawless Skin

               As of right now, I am on spring break and definitely not eating my best and neither am I working out.  Of course I am always washing my face, and taking off my makeup before I go to bed, but unfortunately that is not enough to attain and maintain clear and flawless skin.

               After spring break, I plan to begin my fourteen day teatox by Fitteadetox, eat healthier, and exercise.  The fourteen day detox is targeted to not only lose weight but to detox your system so that one can achieve clear skin.  When I go back to Santa Barbara, which is where I currently go to school, I will once again start my morning smoothies along with my detox tea to lose a little weight, be healthy and to begin clearing my skin. 

The smoothie I have been drinking every day as a breakfast includes frozen blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries along with a spoon of plain yogurt for protein, spinach, and carrot juice.  It may sound horrible, but it is a great tasting smoothie and it’s literally everything you need for clear skin.  The berries provide a ton of antioxidants which is great for the skin. Plus spinach and/or any greens is always great for the skin, and lastly, carrot juice contains many nutrients that is good not only for the skin but for your eyes as well. 

For lunch I plan to have vanilla, Greek yogurt by Chobani with low fat granola by Special k with my second smoothie of the day which will contain frozen mangoes, papaya, pineapple, and strawberries mixed with Simply Orange Juice. 

Last but not least, for dinner I also plan to eat a filling but clean meal which will be brown rice with either baked fish or chicken, or spaghetti squash, or even zoodles (zucchini noodles)! Zucchini noodles are a great alternative to pasta if you want to avoid carbs or if you are on a gluten-free diet!

               But eating clean isn’t where my goal ends.  I plan to also intake green tea with honey every night and go to the gym to sweat out all the toxin and unwanted weight. Oh wait, I also can’t forget about the Banish Acne System!  Along with these changes, I obviously plan to incorporate the Banish kit into my weekly acne clear regimen in hopes that along with many others, I too will experience a positive effect and clear up my big pores, scarring, and acne in general.  Nonetheless, thank you Banish for letting me share my experiences, and stories.  I have never really thought about my acne journey until today, and you have let me share it for something that seems to be extremely worth it!
