1) Honey is great for acne! It acts as a natural antibiotic and also has anti-inflammatory and moisturizing properties. Make sure you use raw natural honey! Processed honey contains added sugar that is not great for your skin. 

2) There is little evidence that chocolate will cause acne. However, a high-sugar/high-fat diet can increase sebum production and promote inflammatory responses, causing acne. So, don't deprive yourself of yummy chocolate if you're worried that it will make you break-out. Everything in moderation! 

3) Higher SPF does not mean it provides better coverage. SPF 30 blocks about 97% of UVB rays and SPF 45 blocks about 98% of UVB rays. Higher than that, the difference is very small. No SPF provides 100% protection. The best way to ensure that your skin is being protected from the sun is to reapply! Sunscreen should be reapplied at least every two hours or after swimming, sweating, or drying off.
