How To Achieve Clear and Healthy Skin

Each of us want healthy glowing skin. We spend a lot on this in the form of expensive serums, moisturizing creams, different procedures like chemical peels, laser and etc. These things are not only expensive but their results are from outside. So why not try something that is natural and that gives you beauty from inside.


Our food plays a very important role in the determination of the health of our skin. There are certain foods that are especially important for your skin, so you should add these in your diet. I will share with you guys a good diet plan which we can follow to achieve beautiful skin.


If you follow this with consistency, you will get your desired skin that is, glowing skin with clear complexion free of any blemishes in a few months. I am sharing this plan step by step for easy reference.

 

WAYS TO ACHIEVE CLEAR AND HEALTHY SKIN

 

1. DRINK WARM LEMON JUICE WITH MINT

Start your day with this drink which I am sharing. It will do wonders. Boil the water and add one quarter lemon juice and few mint leaves. You have to drink this twice daily, one in the morning before breakfast and one before going to bed. It will give you bright and clear complexion in a few weeks.

2. EAT NUTRITIOUS BREAKFAST

Always do a good and nutritious breakfast. I eat barley cereals and add dates or honey for sweetness. You can add 2 to 3 walnuts or almonds in it as both of them are good for the skin. This cereal is full of vitamins and minerals needed by your body. Becoming healthy from inside you look beautiful from outside.

3. DRINK MILK IN SMALL QUANTITY

Take a small cup of milk as using lots of dairy products and chocolates. It is a bad idea for skin health and can lead to breakouts. But your body needs calcium so don't completely cut it from your diet and consume it in small quantity.

4. EAT FRUITS THAT ARE GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN

Take any fruit which you like but there are certain fruits which are very good for your skin like blackcurrant, blueberries, oranges, papaya, kiwi, strawberries, sweet potato and etc. It is recommended to eat at least five fruits daily for good health. Take two to three fruits at day time can be at breakfast, morning snack and lunch. The rest at night as eating more in day time enables you to use that food as an energy source rather eat the bulk during dinner.

5. DRINK LOTS OF WATER

You have to drink a minimum of eight glasses or 1 to 1.5 liters of water excluding your other drinks. It hydrates your skin cells, improves your complexion, flushes out toxins from your body and gives you a healthy glowing skin. This water therapy is amazing if you follow this daily.

 

6. ADD SALAD TO YOUR PLATE

Now comes your lunch, so add salads in your half plate. Recommended ones are lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes and spinach, and all the dark leafy green vegetables. Add fish, at least two to three times per week in your meal especially salmon, mackerel, herring and etc. They have a high amount of omega 3 fatty acids. Add beans, whole grains, legumes, cacao and etc. You can use them alternately. They are excellent foods for healthy glowing skin.

 

7. DRINK FRESH JUICE

Take a fresh juice of carrot, turnip, apple, and pomegranate in the evening. This is an amazing juice for glowing skin. If you don't have any of these, you can add the remaining ingredients. Or you can make juice from wheatgrass as this is a secret juice for perfect glowing skin. It is rich in antioxidants which helps to detoxify your body and removes scars and blemishes if you drink this miraculous juice daily.

 

8. SNACK SOME NUTS

Put some walnuts, almonds, pistachio nuts or cashews in your pocket or purse and you can eat them throughout the day. They are packed with minerals and vitamins which are perfect for your skin.

 

9. EAT A LIGHT MEAL FOR DINNER

Eat a light meal for your dinners like a piece of fish with salads and avocados as they are rich in healthy fat. You can add so many things in your salad as mentioned before so this constitutes your dinner. You can use this menu alternatively with beans, legumes, kale, and broccoli.

 

10. TAKE MULTIVITAMINS

You can also take multivitamins as they boost up your overall health quickly so your body repairs and regenerates quickly. It provides you all the essential vitamins in a prepared form which your body might not get from food. They increase the synthesis of collagen in your body to heal your damaged skin.

By following these steps, I am sure that even if you do not get a crystal clear blemish free skin, you will see a big improvement. If you want to see the results, be consistent in following this diet plan. You shouldn't expect any change if you use this for a few days and leave it after saying it's not working. Remember that, 'Rome is not built in a day' so deal with your skin problems with courage and never give up.
