Use the correct cleansing solution specifically designed for oily or acne prone skin. Other cleansers can irritate the skin and cause further damage. Apply oil-free moisturizers and sunscreen to protect the skin from the sun and pollution.
Drink plenty of water
Water is very important to hydrate and keep your skin healthy. 8 glasses of water daily is very essential for your body to maintain your whole wellbeing. Eliminate carbonated and alcoholic beverages from your diet since it will worsen your oily face.
Balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables should be maintained daily to achieve beautiful skin. Proper exercise, stress free routines, and enough rest and sleep will make a big impact in your body.
