How Subscriptions Work

1. If you already have a subscription purchase, you will still continue to receive it at the discounted price as scheduled. If Selected, Subscribe and Save will subscribe you to the product and automatically charge and deliver the product to you at the frequency you choose.

2.  You can also login to your Banish store account anytime to manage your subscriptions.   

 

3. When subscribed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of your recurring order purchase, along with a link that lets you manage your subscription. If you're having trouble, we can make the changes to your subscription for you.

4. A Reminder email will be sent to you 3 days before you are charged for the next shipment. If you need to adjust your order please do so before it gets shipped out.

If product is already shipped and you do not want the product, you can return the product back to us for a refund minus the shipping cost. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Only a few products have the subscription option, if not then they're a one time purchase item by default. 

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account. Login to your account on the login link in our main menu. Once logged in, you will see the Manage Subscriptions link within your account.

Do discount codes work on subscribe & save items?

Certain one time use discount codes such as the code from your rewards program or a unique code received in your email newsletter will not work with subscribe & save items.

How To Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at anytime. You can also request to change frequency of the subscription interval too.

If you're having trouble cancelling in your account, Email us at info@banish.com  before your next delivery with "Cancel Subscription" and your order # in the subject line.  We will cancel your subscription for you within 24 hrs.
