We are currently shipping out orders domestically Monday through Saturday. International Shipments will be sent out every Monday Wednesday and Friday 

Shipment & Deliveries may experience delays.

During US Holidays, packages are shipped out next business day.

DHL shipping option is available for most international countries!  International delivery within 8-12 business days. *custom fees and taxes may apply depending on your destination country

Some International shipments are on hold. Please Check If your destination country is affected here.

We can accommodate modification or cancellation of orders as long as the request is made before 4am PST.

We want to get your package to you as fast as possible, but delays are possible which are out of our control. Typically a package may be held at the customs for international orders before they can release it to your local post office. Shipments may experience delays due to social distancing and safety measures. These are our best estimates based on customer experiences and information from our shipping couriers. 

International tracking can take up to a week to update. 

Once the package is shipped out, it is the postal workers responsibility to deliver the package to you.  We print the shipping labels with the address you have entered so please make sure you enter the correct address.

We ship worldwide with the exception of countries located in North Korea, Indonesia, Turkey, China, Russia, and Mexico.

Why Did My Order Get Cancelled?

Countries from our experience that cannot be delivered to will be automatically cancelled and refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Orders to UAE must have  PO box address.

We have right to cancel an order(s) if we believe the package will get lost in transit. From our experience, we have had issues with our package being delivered in certain countries.

Orders that we believe are fraudulent may also be cancelled.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

If the order comes back to us unclaimed (meaning no one picks it up) we will give you a refund minus a 20% restock fee.

Order Changes

Please note: we do not provide refunds to shipments in which the customer enters the wrong address or orders the incorrect item. Once an item is shipped out, there cannot be changes made to your address or your order. If you made a mistake on the shipping address, and the product has already been shipped out, you will have to pay for shipping again.   Please make sure you enter the correct address before hitting 'submit'. Same day shipping is NOT guaranteed.

International Customers

The recipient of the package (you) is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
