Banisher 3.0 - 5-Year Limited Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
The Banisher 3.0 handle includes a 5-year limited warranty beginning on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.
This warranty covers functional failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship during normal personal use.
If a verified defect occurs during the warranty period, BANISH may, at its discretion:
- Repair the handle
- Replace the handle with the same or comparable model
- Issue a pro-rated store credit toward a future BANISH purchase
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Replacement Policy & Claim Limits
To prevent abuse of the warranty program:
- Warranty replacements are limited to one replacement per original device unless a defect is confirmed.
- BANISH reserves the right to inspect or require return of the defective product before issuing a replacement.
- Replacement units do not restart the warranty period and remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty term.
BANISH may deny claims that show signs of intentional damage, misuse, or repeated warranty abuse.
3. Discontinued Products or Model Changes
If the Banisher 3.0 handle becomes discontinued or replacement units are no longer available during the warranty period, BANISH may:
- Replace the product with a newer model or comparable device of equal or greater value, or
- Provide a pro-rated store credit based on the remaining warranty period.
BANISH is not obligated to provide the exact original model if it has been discontinued.
4. Components Not Covered
This warranty applies only to the Banisher 3.0 handle.
The following items are considered consumable parts and are not covered under warranty:
- Microneedle heads
- Protective caps or cleaning accessories
- Packaging or storage containers
- Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, discoloration, fading)
Microneedle heads must be replaced regularly for safety and hygiene.
5. Authorized Purchase Requirement
This warranty applies only to products purchased from:
- banish.com, or
- An authorized BANISH retailer
Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces (including eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or unverified sellers) are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Proof of purchase and an original order number are required to initiate a claim.
6. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidents, drops, or physical impact
- Improper cleaning, storage, or handling
- Failure to follow product instructions
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
- Use of the device in professional, spa, clinical, or commercial settings
The Banisher 3.0 is intended for at-home personal use only.
7. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please contact our support team and provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video clearly showing the defect
BANISH may require the defective product to be returned for inspection before a replacement or credit is issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the defect is confirmed.
