Avocados are among one of the most useful (and trendy) ingredients on the market today. We put them in our smoothies, use them in hair masks, and spread them across toast; so, it is no surprise this superfood is great for our skin too. When applied as a face mask, avocados boast a range of benefits:

Avocados are completely natural, free of chemicals and other synthetic ingredients that are found in many store-bought beauty products

Great for acne prone, dry, and sensitive skin (both applied topically and when consumed orally)

Has the ability to reach deep in the layers of skin to improve overall elasticity and moisture

Rich in omega-3 fatty acids and other antioxidants like vitamin A, B,K, and E which all work to improve the overall texture and tone of the skin

Heals acne and inflammation by exfoliating the skin and decreasing overall oil production

Highly anti-aging, avocados eliminates oxidative stress and minimizes the appearance of wrinkles

½ Avocado mashed

½ tablespoon hemp oil

1 tsp lemon juice

½ Avocado mashed
