Washing your face every day is an easy way to give your facial skin a boost, but it's important to do it correctly so your skin won't dry out or get inflamed.
Obviously you should wash your face after your workout, but what clear skin seekers don't know is you should also wash your face before working out to remove makeup or any built-up dirt.
We found out that sweating opens the pores because the sweat needs to work it's way up the pore and to the surface of skin. If you leave dirt or makeup on while you're sweating from a workout, it creates the perfect opportunity for everything that is on your face to get trapped in the skin and cause future breakouts and whiteheads/blackheads.
When washing, wash with lukewarm water. Exposing the skin to different extremes (hot or cold) can actually cause irritation, excess dryness and blood vessel ruptures. Lukewarm water does not steal the moisture from the skin.

That is so good to know! I was told as a teen to wash my face with hot water and then to finish with cold water to close my pores, I didn’t realize it can dry out your face and cause blood vessels to pop! I have a tiny vessel on my nose that popped and that must be why! Thanks again for the helpful post.

I certainly wish this product and the knowledge of acne was available when I was growing up. I am now going to be 63 years old and have some scarring, but minimal breakouts (thank goodness). I have purchased this product and find it works. Like I said, I wish this product had been invented during my major breakout days. Thank you for creating an awesome product, and sharing it with the world.
